Presentation: My Configs and Projects (MCP)

My Configurations and Projects is a brand new Tab within MetaLink. It is the next evolution of the MetaLink Support portal. My Configs and Projects allows you to define computer configurations that describe your Oracle environment, and milestones for projects involving Oracle products. Providing this information will allow you to log SRs with less data entry, track issues more effectively, and will allow Oracle to proactively suggest solutions and resolve issues faster. Using My Configurations and Projects in will ultimately shorten the cycle time in resolving service requests. More importantly if you use the Healthcheck feature, you will proactively avoid the need to log Service Requests for certain technical issues.
