This presentation details the project strategy that led to the successful migration from 10.7 to 11.5.10 at Welding Services, Inc., in Atlanta. The project was completed in 12 weeks, on time and on budget. Functional and technical successes and challenges, training, and approach to global rollout will be presented. Specific applications include GL, AP, PO, Project Costing, INV, BOM and WIP. This was one of the first migrations to 11.5.10 in the country. Come and hear how it was done.
