AHA will review the use of Oracle CRM applications to create a complete client centric view of program participants by utilizing Oracle Telesales, Field Service, CRM Administration, Purchasing, Payables, and Property Management. AHA's customized client center is a central screen that allows user access to all relevant information stored about each participant including addresses, contact information, notes, relationships, account information, dashboard, tasks, inspections, property, landlord, and other federal required information and activities.
