** Oracle Feedback Forum

We are trying something new this month! We will hold

a forum for our members to publicly discuss issues and concerns of their

organization about Oracle with the group. We will develop the issues and

recommendations in the breakout sessions after the general forum and

consolidate these issues as suggestions to Oracle. Our intent is to provide

Oracle with some constructive feedback regarding the impact of their systems

& services on their real-world customers - us!

This month the Forum will kick-off with a focus on three issues: 1) Oracle's

Support 2) Oracle's Pricing Strategy 3) Global Support Strategy. Following

the general forum, the breakout sessions will be used to develop specific

issues and recommendations in more detail. Please come and share your

thoughts on messages you would like to convey to Oracle.

To help us bring our voices to Oracle and OAUG, Karen Gilbert and Jim Collins will be attending and participating. Karen is an elected director and former president of OAUG. Jim is the executive director of OAUG.
