For the first time ever, the East Coast's "oldest, newest and best" Oracle developers' conference (ECO) is joining forces with their southern (SEOUC) counterpart. Join them in Atlanta March 19-22, 2000 at the Atlanta Hilton and Towers. Ten tracks per day (three for apps) are scheduled. Attendance is expected to be 800.
