Boral Bricks has been using Oracle applications in one form or another since 1997. Key to its success is a careful balancing act between the use of consulting resources and the use of its own internal resources. We will explore our current Oracle environment and our implementations and upgrades over the past siz years, with our focus on how we managed the process of when to use our own internal resources and when to use consulting resources.
