The audience will journey thru the evolution from traditional in-house management and support of Oracle Apps, through remote (outsourced) applications management, toward an eventual full outsourcing (ASP) framework. Remotely managed Applications are discussed, including contractual and scope issues, with an emphasis on cost savings and cost-justification.
