Leases have always included provisions for billing of Common Area Maintenance, taxes, and insurance. Some landlords just roll these costs into the rent and absorb any overages. Others bill a monthly estimate of these charges and do annual "true ups" or comparison of these monthly billings to the actual costs with a resulting one-time charge or credit. Done manually this true-up is a very time-intensive process. This presentation will explain how Oracle has automated this process and will discuss the setups required and how to run the process.
