Many industries have some form of rebating, and mostly the cost is out of control. Rebates includes track what is owed to by vendors, or what they owe to customers. The ability to track rebates has been extremely difficult, especially when the data needs to be acquired from the customer. Channel Revenue Management (formerly Trade Management) gives the flexibility to automatically track rebates, and request, send payments and track and match deductions. You can now control rebates without an army!
