On April 12th, we are scheduled to perform an Oracle Financials upgrade from 11.5.3 to 11.5.10 Multi-Org using what is sometimes called a "Rapid Migration" methodology. The implementation is heavily customized and integrated with multiple production systems. The project is being performed by all internal resources.
