Presentation: iExpenses - Key to Speedy Processing

To enable one of the world's largest stock exchanges substantially reduce the cycle time and amount of paper work in the T&E process Oracle iExpenses provided the right solution. One of the expected benefits of the solution was to automate the approval process and thereby reduce human errors and delays. Oracle iExpenses was the right fit to serve the requirements. The product was capable to fulfill some of the key objectives of the implementation like providing a streamlined process, approval automation, tight Integration with Oracle Financials, and most importantly increasing employee satisfaction through self-service and faster processing. The solution also provided interfaces for synchronizing employee data with Peoplesoft as well as Amex interface to automate credit card transaction data imports. In this presentation, Patni will share the challenges it faced in implementing Oracle iExpenses and the learnings from this project.
