Integrating Purchasing w/ Advanced Pricing in 11.5.10

With the advent of 11.5.10, Oracle purchasing and Advanced Pricing became integrated, allowing purchasing groups to leverage the robust abilities of advanced pricing within the purchasing application. In the past there was no concise way to manage supplier discounts and price breaks within the purchasing application. When 11.5.10 was released pricing became integrated with purchasing. Now purchasing groups would be able to manage price modifications using standard oracle functionality and report on those discounts. This presentation will discuss some of the implementation considerations, key set up points and demonstrate how pricing works in purchasing.
