This session will focus on the automation provided by the Front Office applications, the benefits to management/users and a demo of selected modules.

The Oracle FO presentation will include the push in the industry for Front Office applications. How companies have seen the value in automating sales, marketing and service organization to increase revenues, decrease duplication within the enterprise and the value of an integrated system. The presentation will also include features and functions with the different product release as well as integration points with the back office. In addition, a product presentation will be demonstrated. One of the presentations will focus on "A day in the Life of a Sales Rep" and the other will focus on the interaction with a customer over the web and back to the Oracle Front Office application.
