This session will concentrate on the process of performing a "Health Check" upgrade which can improve business results. It can also allow the applications users to continue to receive the full benefits of Oracle applications.

The traditional applications upgrade process deals with only the technical procedures of performing the upgrade. With the rapid increases in functionality in later versions of the applications, a new upgrade procedure makes solid business sense. By expanding the upgrade process to include mapping newly evolved business requirements to new applications functionality and replacing old customizations with similar, now standard functionality, upgrading to the latest version of the applications can reap strong business benefits, rather than simply being a high cost annoyance. Perform a "Health Check" upgrade that can improve business results and allow the applications user to continue to receive the full benefits of the Oracle applications.
