Merial, a world leading animal health company, implemented Oracle Applications suite in year 2002 for the US Operations. Oracle Incentive Compensation was later added to the Application Portfolio to manage incentive programs for both internal sales-force as well as channel partners. The presentation focuses on challenges and issues encountered post implementation and how Business and IT came together to resolve production issues and put together a work plan and flexibility in design to support adhoc/annual changes to incentive plans year over year.
