Member Spotlight: "Merial - Implementation Lessons - a.k.a. Ten Commandments we should have displayed"

Late 2001 Merial LImited began an Oracle Applications implementation / re-implemenation that went live in approximately 8 months but did not stabilize until at least 8 months later. This was a re-implementation of Oracle Financials (10.7) and GEMMS and the implementation of OM, AR, Adv. Pricing, iStore plus. We also rolled in two other entitites who were running AS/400 applications. If this was not enough fun, we brought up HR with Advanced Benefits that Fall and Payroll at year end. We learned some valuable lessons and I will share a few of those.
