The eBusiness Center(eBC) is a powerful tool that can be used to better understand and interact with your customers. It provides a centralized user interface with drilldown capability to a broad range of customer information. The eBC also integrates with several of Oracle s modules such as the task manager and universal work queue. This presentation will review eBC functionality and describe how one customer implemented the eBC in a call center environment with particular focus on its dashboard capability. We ll also discuss some of the special considerations given to dashboard design and layout and we'll detail some of the gotcha s learned along the way.
