Vendor Spotlight Responsibilities

  1. Provide a presentation and/or demo of product
  2. Time limit of 15 minutes: 9:10 - 9:25
  3. Arrive at meeting by 8:30 a.m.
  4. Optional - bring marketing brochures to place on the vendor table
  5. Optional - bring door prizes
  6. Must be applicable to Oracle database or applications
  7. One vendor per meeting
  8. Vendor cannot not present more frequently than every 12 months
  9. Hosting a meeting guarantees a vendor spotlight slot
